Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
• Free of stains, odors, or damage.
• Returned with all original tags and packaging.

Items that do not meet these requirements may be declined and returned to the customer.

Store Credit Only

Truth+Honor does not offer refunds to the original payment method.

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive store credit in the form of a digital gift card for the purchase price of the returned item (excluding original shipping charges, taxes, and any applicable fees).

Your store credit:

• Never expires.
• Can be used on any future purchase at Truth+Honor.
• Will be emailed to the address used when placing your order.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Sale or clearance items.
• Gift cards.
• Limited edition or exclusive releases marked as Final Sale.
• Any item marked as non-returnable at checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong or a defective item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Truth+Honor is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
